Wildthing Adventures Orange River Campsite is situated on the banks of the Orange River, on the border between South Africa and Namibia (on the South African side) at Vioolsdrif and is the last campsite before you enter the Richtersveld National Park (a national heritage). The camp can host 300 people and each campsite has the following facilities: small lapa, electricity, fire place and a sink with running water. The camp has flush toilets and warm water. The Wildthing Adventures Orange River Campsite is approximately 670km from Cape Town and 1455km from Jhb.

Campsite sizes vary from 1 vehicle (accommodating 4 people) to 10 vehicles (accommodating 40 people)
The camp is situated on the river embankment
A day is considered from 12 midday (noon) to 12 midday (noon).
Should your arrival be after 19:00, please confirm with Cape Town office - 021 556 1917.
Campsites to be cleared between 11:00 & 12:00 on the day of departure.
Campsite accommodation payable to head office PRE-arrival.
Day visitors only with special arrangements from camp manager: 027 761 8198.
No excessive noise and or load music.
No Power driven vessels for use on water.
No racing, revving or unnecessary driving in camp with Quads / Motorbikes or similar vehicles.
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN CAMP
